Wir bei SEMRON sind ein junges Tech-Startup und entwickeln leistungsstarke Hardware, die es ermöglicht, KI-Anwendungen direkt auf Smartphones und anderen mobilen Geräten auszuführen – schnell, effizient und ohne Cloud-Abhängigkeit.

Wir suchen eine zuverlässige und strukturierte Person, die uns in der Buchhaltung unterstützt. Von der Bearbeitung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle über die Pflege von Rechnungen bis hin zur Abstimmung von Konten – du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Finanzprozesse reibungslos und termingerecht ablaufen.

Deine Aufgaben:

Finanzbuchhaltung & Bilanzbuchhaltung

Eigenständige Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung (DATEV)
Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater
Abwicklung der Lohnbuchhaltung

Fördermittelverwaltung

Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Fördermitteln
Erstellung von Mittelverwendungsnachweisen
Kommunikation mit Fördermittelgebern und Behörden

Allgemeine Buchhaltungs- und Verwaltungsaufgaben

Sicherstellen einer ordnungsgemäßen Buchführung
Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben zur Optimierung interner Prozesse
Klärung buchhalterischer und steuerlicher Fragestellungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Steuerberater

Dein Profil:

Erfahrung in der Finanz- und/oder Bilanzbuchhaltung
Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV oder vergleichbarer Buchhaltungssoftware
Strukturierte, präzise und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
Erfahrung mit Fördermitteln von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2), sehr sichere Englischkenntnisse (B1)
Kein Vorwissen in Bezug auf Halbleiter nötig

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and well-structured person to support our accounting team. From processing ongoing business transactions and managing invoices to reconciling accounts—you will ensure that our financial processes run smoothly and on time.

What you will do:

Financial Accounting & Balance Accounting

Independent handling of ongoing financial accounting (DATEV)
Assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns in collaboration with the tax advisor
Processing payroll accounting

Grant management

Documentation and tracking of grants
Preparation of fund usage reports
Communication with grant providers and authorities

General accounting and administrative tasks

Ensuring proper bookkeeping
Supporting administrative tasks to optimize internal processes
Resolving accounting and tax-related issues in collaboration with the tax advisor

What you should bring in:

Experience in financial and/or balance accounting
Proficient in DATEV or similar accounting software
Structured, precise, and independent working style
Experience with grants is a plus
Excellent German skills (C2), very strong English skills (C1)
No prior knowledge of semiconductors required
